Little me-time

Are you feeling a little stressed?

I believe we  all do at certain times on our lifes. Let me share a little tip on how to feel good fast.

Take a little me-time; I mean, take a few minutes to breath, focus on your breathing. Focus on right this moment, look around and find your three favorite things; for example a painting, a flower, your favorite mug with an uplifting message written on it, etc.

Finally force yourself to put a smile on your face for one minute.
